Which map Loney uses?
We use a 100% custom map, done from scratch.

Where's the "teleports"?
There's no teleports in Loney, to go through an area, you need to explore our map or use our travel NPCs.

Can I use an external bot?
Yes you can, as long you're not using it to break our 3) Game Rule (check Rule 4) too).

Can I get banned in Loney?
Yes, you can. Visit our Rules page for more information.

What's the best vocation?
Vocations are perfectly balanced. Master Sorcerers are known for their strong magic powers, Elder Druids for their hability to heal and paralyze, Royal Paladins for their distance-power, and Elite Knights for their high-health points and precise attacks.

Houses can be rented?
No, houses can be bought. You don't need to pay a rent. The only way to lose a house is by inactivity.

Can I send items to depots?
Yes! of course you can. Just buy a parcel with NPC Deruno, fill the label information/content and drop it at your nearest mailbox.

Does Tibia 8.6 client works?
We use our custom 8.6 client. You need to download our client in order to play. You can't use Tibia 8.6 client or you will debug. You're still able to use external bots in our client altough we don't support it.

What's new in custom client?
We edited small details that don't really affect the game-play, new sprites and outfits. You need it to play on Loney. http://loney-online.com/?downloads

There's Premium system?
Yes. We do have a Premium system. Premium is obtainable in-game or webshop, visit page Premium under Library for more information.

Can I pay to get some items?
We have a gift shop in our webpage. However, we shall not consider it as a payment, but as a donation. All gift shop products can be found in-game.

Can I pay to get benefits?
No, we do not accept payments from players in exchange for a benefit.

There's AOL/blessings?
Yes. If you die without an AOL you will lose your backpack and maybe another EQ item. If you die without Bless you will lose %+ experience and your backpack too. *IF YOU USE BLESS, YOU DON'T NEED AN AOL*. Commands: !aol (10,000 gp) and !bless (80,000 gp).

Where's the server located?
Our physical server is located in Montreal, Canada. This location let us mexican, United States, and south american players a great ping to play. We also have great feedback from our Europe players.

There's Gamemasters in-game?
No, there's no Gamemasters in games. However, we can still monitor gameplay by logging into privileged hidden characters.

There are Real Tibia quests?
Only the Annihilator, Demon Helmet and the Pits Of Inferno.

How can I get coins in-game?
You will be rewarded by some crystal coins by leveling up. Also, you can get coins by looting.

How the Quest Log works?
Quest Log in Loney works differently from what you're familiar. By checking Quest Log, you will see almost all quests and their status (finished/unfinished). Secret and lore quests does not appear on the Quest Log.

Can I change the char-name?
Yes you can, visit the Account Interface.

Can I change the char-sex?
Yes you can, visit the Account Interface.

I need in-game support!
As we don't have Gamemasters, you need to request us via other way in-game support first so we can login to see.

What about runes and ammo?
Ammunition is infinite, runes not.
